FAQ

What would be the duration to trim my pet's nails

Every 3–4 weeks

Regular nail trimming isn’t just about looks—overgrown nails can cause discomfort, bad posture, and even joint issues. Most dogs need their nails trimmed every 3–4 weeks, even if they walk on concrete. If you hear “click-click” on the floor, it’s time.

Totally normal!

A proper brushing session loosens and removes a lot of dead hair. Sometimes, the remaining loose fur falls out 24–48 hours after grooming. After that short phase, shedding actually reduces significantly.

Yes — consistency helps a LOT.

Sensitive or anxious dogs often react to unfamiliar sounds, tools, or handling. But regular, gentle grooming builds familiarity and trust. Over time, grooming becomes a calming routine instead of a stress trigger.

Sometimes, yes.

While cats groom themselves daily, they can’t always manage everything. Long-haired cats, seniors, overweight cats, or those with skin issues often need occasional baths. Grooming prevents matting, odors, and buildup that self-grooming can’t handle

Overstimulation or discomfort.

Cats can get irritated if they feel overstimulated, stressed, or if they have hidden tangles and sensitive spots. Loud dryers, strong scents, or sudden movements can also trigger aggression. Slow, quiet grooming with breaks works best.

Less loose fur = fewer hairballs.

Cats swallow fur while grooming themselves. Regular brushing removes 60–70% of loose hair before they ingest it. This reduces hairballs, improves digestion, and keeps their coat shiny and smooth.
